Our Return Policy
We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

- Original packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, boxes, or protective materials.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene or personalisation reasons, including:
- Earrings or other intimate jewellery
- Custom or personalised products
- Items marked as "final sale"
How to Request a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at sales@bohohoo.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.
- Prepare Your Return: Package the item securely and include your proof of purchase.
- Ship It Back: Once your return request is approved, send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value if your product arrives damaged or if you wish to swap for a different size, colour, or style (subject to availability). Contact us at sales@bohohoo.com.au to initiate the exchange process.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us immediately at sales@bohohoo.com.au. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and may offer a replacement or refund.
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customs fees and taxes will not be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time, please:
- Check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
